What are the Symptoms of Insomnia ? Insomnia is a disorder / disease which are in a state of sleeplessness, difficulty reaching conditions asleep, or both. If experiencing insomnia, you usually will not wake up in a fresh condition, which would interfere with the activities throughout the day. Insomnia is not only able to drain the energy and mood, but also health, work activities and quality of life.



Actually ideally how long we sleep? For it depends of each individual. Most people need to sleep between 7-8 hours per day. Many people experience insomnia only for certain times, but there is also a long-term insomnia (chronic insomnia).
You do not need to worry, because you may just need to change a bit of sleep to fight insomnia habit.

Insomnia is divided into 3 types:

1. Transient type (fast pass), this type of insomnia only happens a few nights only
2. Types of short-term insomnia lasts for several weeks and usually will come back as usual
3. Type of chronic (severe), this type of insomnia is a sleep disorder that can not last more than 3 weeks.

The Symptoms of Insomnia are
• Difficult to achieve a deep sleep stage
• Waking up during sleep
• waking up too fast
• Do not feel rested after a night's sleep
• Feeling sleepy during the day
• Feeling anxious, depressed and angry
• Difficulty concentrating during the move
• Often make mistakes or minor accident
• Often feel a headache
• Often appears indigestion.
• The emergence of concerns about the condition of sleep.
